Spoken like a true politician. Nothing personal but this guy goes on and on in some kind of weird, grammatically incorrect, cliche/corporate speak that makes no sense whatsoever to me.
We are spending more than we are bringing in so "We will continue exploring revenue enhancements." Interpretation: We have lots and lots of stuff we want to spend your money on so we are looking for ways to hike your taxes."
Mr Mayor, How about if instead of continuing to "explore revenue enhancements" you looked to explore ways to stop spending so damn much.
