I was working on water rate information for Yamhill County. I couldn’t find information on Sheridan’s website.
After a LOT of digging, I finally found Frank’s email address and asked him for the rates.
Instead of responding to that email, he typed out a paper letter and copied the URL into the paper letter.
Then, he snail mailed it to me.
That’s the kind of administrator he was. I have multiple examples of this. Or inappropriate jokes about city finances. He fought technology, progress, community, connection.
He should consider himself lucky they didn’t can him, and much sooner. Time for him to cut his losses.
