I am so disappointed in Commissioners Berschauer and Starrett for letting Waste Management so thoroughly off the hook by reducing their fees to the County going forward. Largest garbage company in the country! REQUIRED to capture and dispose of gas emissions. Why on earth would we cut their payments to the County when the County has to bear the repercussions when WM cannot adequately contain emissions?

Starrett and Berschauer lost the County $1 Million.. for what?
