I remembered the name "Jivanjee."
The issue of a "Residential easement" to be used for "Commercial purposes" needs to clarified and updated in Yamhill County Codes.
It appears Mr. Jivanjee wants all the "wine" business for himself.

Either both wineries should get easement or neither should and most importantly equal access to the permit process should never be given to the highest bidder or person who can afford an attorney VS. one's who can't. Fortunately Ken Friday is a good man and very fair my only concern is high paid lawyers coming in raising the cost to a point where the average person can't keep up.
