McMinnville library closing indefinitely

The McMinnville Public Library will be closed to visitors through the end of the month, and perhaps longer as the community tries to control the spread of coronavirus. 

Library Director Jenny Berg said the library closure is subject to extension. “We will be regularly re-evaluating library services as more information is released regarding Covid-19,” she said.

“Updated information about the library closure can be found on the city and library websites at  mcminnvilleoregon.gov and maclibrary.org,” she said.

Library patrons are asked not to return library materials during the closure. They will not be charged late fees.

Any holds of books or other materials will stay on the shelves until the library reopens.
