Solid Waste hosts collection event Saturday

Yamhill County Solid Waste & Recycling will host a household hazardous waste collection event from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Yamhill County Fairgrounds.

The event allows community members to safely dispose of items like old paint, batteries, auto fluids and household cleaners.
