If finances are such a concern, why on earth is the county expending money on a very, very expensive Oracle software solution and the associated consulting services? Many other less expensive but fully adequate software solutions are available for an organization the size of Yamhill county. The loaded cost of this solution will drag on the county coffers for years to come.

So everyone in the list opposes spending money on public services. Prepare for the celebration of not raising taxes, which they can't do, and for their fiscal responsibility, which means defunding things related to quality of life and even longevity.
