Please join us for our 2nd annual Peers in the Park Picnic! Jointly hosted by Champion Team. Project ABLE and our Peer Delivered Service partners to highlight Peer Support resources in Yamhill County and to honor Mental Health Awareness Month in May. Invite your friends and families to learn about our peer community! And enjoy FREE food and games!
