**Each "Major Project" should have detailed information as to:

**Did McMinnville's voters authorize to approve to incur costs and obligations for each Major Project or are the "Major Projects" just unceremoniously shoved down their throats?

**Taxpayer money spent, Grant money received to date if any, and from what source including concurring Grant obligations.

**Consultant costs, process for choosing "Consultant(s)" such as public Request for Proposal(s).

**What is the incurred Indebtedness to date-the amount, interest payments, interest rates and length of payments with strategies to pay off the principal (if any)?
