Regarding the airport plans:

Planners need to remember that the airport does not operate in a vacuum and unlike retail and office applications, increased use impacts people over an extremely wide area.

It is annoying and noisy to people from miles around.

Plus the airport is only used by extremely small percentage of the population.

Millionaires and billionaires need not apply. They can go to California.
