Great idea more fees and SDC’s so much for the affordable housing oh, I forgot affordable is more crappy apartments for the city of McMinnville thanks to Heather Richards.So let’s keep raising the fees on anyone that wants to build a normal home.Waste of money and a burden to locals.
She’s also out of touch on the formula used for parks. All the existing parks are under used.
More Parks = More Dog S t and more Homeless & More Garbage & Maintenance just so the City can hire more people
