Firefighters respond to Davis Street blaze

McMinnville firefighters responded about 6:35 p.m. Monday to a reported residential structure fire in the 800 block of Southeast Davis Street.

Flames were contained to a porch, according to Yamhill Communications Agency radio traffic.

Motorists and pedestrians are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.
