A New Generation

What a nice meeting! I appreciated the attendance by both Commissioner Kulla and Starrett; it was well attended (about 40 folks) and was a well-organized opportunity to learn from them, as well as the guest speakers, including Dayton Mayor Beth Wytoski. People from across age, economic, gender and geographic groups were there to learn and offer suggestions, remained animated and engaged, broken into groups, and returned to the larger group with feedback duly noted and discussed. It was quintessential Yamhill County. Bravo to Commissioner Kulla for his willingness to engage the public! Hooray Democracy!
