Why don't you have an extended discussion on how [HB 2001 (2019)] will impact Sewer fees to permit high-density Housing Project(s) access to the sanitary sewer and the increased costs to treat the wastewater?

Cities can fight [HB 2001 (2019)].

But, most will just "roll-over and die."
