Encompass will face the same public resistance as Champion Team endured, as the mission is noble but the characters being served are noncompliant, self-serving nonconformists. McMinnville wants to help, but those it seeks to serve just take advantage as if it were owed to them. That false sense of entitlement led to many heartaches for Champion Team and its surrounding neighbors. Encompass will experience the same if they can ever get their feet on the ground and start running....
