Wheatland Ferry resumes operations

WHEATLAND - The Wheatland Ferry has resumed operations, according to the Marion County Public Works Department.

It had not been operating because of high water.

The ferry operates daily between 5:30 a.m. and 9:45 p.m., with the exception of some holidays, including Christmas.

It does not operate when the river level reaches 15 feet.
