I think Measure 110 was bad. It was set to fail and become a device of enabling. On the surface around 30% success rate through treatment. But in many areas there isn't even treatment options, or they are limited with staff.

This is one of the things in our current world, that is such a no-brainer it’s embarrassing to admit it was ever allowed.

The $13 City Service Charge was assessed to pay down the $1.8 million budget shortfall. By early 2024, that debt should be paid off, and the city should remove this charge. BUT NO! They're taking about making it a recurring charge, and even increasing it in future years. How about the city learn to live within its means, just like everyone else has to. I'm tired of getting nickeled and dimed.
