A fully-involved farm truck fire closed Highway 18 east of McMinnville Municipal Airport Friday morning.

The blaze was extinguished by the first arriving fire crew, but the closure remained in effect until the scene is cleared. A detour was in place.

Motorists were advised to avoid the area if possible.
