TILLAMOOK - Human remains discovered Sept. 9 by a Yamhill County Sheriff's Office deputy off Bald Mountain Road near a camp site have been identified as Anna Lorraine Proietti, 21, of Salem, according to Tillamook County Sheriff Andy Long.
