Christmas has Talons

I wonder if these people hear themselves at these meetings? My gosh Yamhill county has a homeless problem, rampant crime and a serious drug problem and they are talking about taking in refugees and pouring money into a trail. I feel like I should be seeing Rod Serling sitting in the back row...

Thank you Ms Starrett for providing a voice of reason.

Great that they’re building the trail future low class USA citizens can live by in their tents while the refugees and the illegals still get the free house! Because it’s the Oregon way :)

First, it is illegal aliens we are compelled to support.

Starrett wants us to support a "Pilot program: Community based-child welfare services [HB3383]."

Now we are to support refugees?

When did "resettlement of refugees" in Yamhill County begin?

You gotta check this out:

https://www.co.yamhill.or.us/sites/default/files/011620%20packet.pdf (Review pages 24-27)

Who is going to pay for the housing costs?
Who is going to supply jobs and or training for jobs?
Who is going to pay for: clothes, shoes, food, [medical /psychiatric / dental / vision care], food, transportation, utilities?
What country(s) are the refugees from?
Pre-existing diseases and or medical / psychiatric problems?
What is the breakdown of how many refugees are to be settled into the jurisdictions in Yamhill County?

What is the amount of taxpayer revenue already given to the Non-profit and or Public Benefit Corporations listed here to date? (Especially, to serve illegal aliens' needs and wants.)

Are the statistics stated by the "Non-profit and or Public Benefit Corporations accurate?

Yamhill County is a "poor" county.

There is no way refugees are going to be able to support themselves in Yamhill County for many years to come.

Do the voters of Yamhill County want to absorb the unfunded refugee settlement program?

I certainly do not nor do I support [HB 3383].

We wouldn’t even need the third world types coming in if we would go back to traditional agriculture in our area! Wine and Pot Wine and Pot that’s all we hear about any more.
