Established in 1904, Willamette Valley Medical Center (WVMC) has provided quality healthcare to area residents for over 100 years. WVMC is a 60-bed acute care facility, fully accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as an accredited Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiology.

WVMC offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient specialized services, including emergency services, surgical services (including bariatric and orthopedic), diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology services, behavioral health, and more.

COMMUNITY PARTNER

Yamhill County CASA recruits, screens, trains, and supports Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers (CASA volunteers) who advocate for the child’s best interests in the courtroom, classroom, and community in cases of abuse and neglect. CASA volunteers meet with the child, their family, teachers, doctors, and all adults who shape the child's world, and then share unbiased observations and make fact-based recommendations to the court. Where caseworkers are often overburdened, CASA volunteers focus on one case at a time. Where there is turnover in caseworkers and attorneys, CASA volunteers remain assigned to the case for the duration of the case. Learn more at yccasa.org
