I hope Pollack Pelzner prevails. As I've followed this very closely, I think his claims are very persuasive and believable. I bet he'll have no problem at all convincing a jury.
I believe all involved at Linfield need to own up to their problems and above all else keep their board of trustees as far away from the students as possible! I would NEVER send my daughter to school there after having read that those board of trustees are lurking around the students making suggestive comments at "dinners" and "banquets". I'll bet I'm not the only parent that feels that way.
