I have a question for our Commissioners. Do you have a master plan, do you have a total cost for the entire project including future maintenance and do you have enough insurance for all the lawsuits that will follow if your successful in defeating the farmers with lawyers paid for by the taxpayers.

From what I hear, large chunks of the farmers letters are being edited from the public record by county staff or someone, preventing it from getting to the BOC, it appears; what is really going on? For quasi-judicial hearings would that not be Obstruction of Justice?

yupjoe

In person attendance is prohibited, that is different then being discouraged. Dear editor, please use the correct words. Thank you. So its not really a hearing.

Yupjoe:
That's an awfully serious charge to make with no factual foundation whatsoever. "From what I hear?" It's a big leap from there to allegations of premeditated criminal conduct.
The public record is, as the name suggests, a public record. One would have to be pretty stupid to alter a record that remains open to public inspection by anyone anytime in perpetuity.
You could simply go check it yourself.
I get that you don't like the trail. That doesn't mean the rest of the world is colluding to foist it on you.
