"The Legislature doesn’t really know, it seems, and lacks the will and means to find out."

Unfortunately, this statement pretty much sums up the personality of recent legislatures. Wisdom and common sense have little influence when the Demo majority votes! However, at our expense, they have perfected the art of 'screwing the pooch' (us)!
