The problem I see here is two fold. First, Hall is an employee of the city and was aware of any problems she perceived long before this was brought out. Why didn't she report it the first time she saw it? Second, somehow she is a candidate for Frank Sheridan's job should he be removed. This is a conflict of interest and it would be interesting to see if she broke any laws concerning this.

It dosnt appear that Mrs. Hall was wrong in her statement. It only says that the city manager has doccuments that show that employees have been paid what there time cards say they were owed. The auditors job is to make sure those balance NOT if its a good use of rate payers money or not and I believe that is what Mrs. Hall was alluding too...Gophergrabber I thought it was already decided that the city recorder was sliding over to the city manager position? I thought I herd that when I was in paying the water bill...

gophergrabber / Oilhear:
Frank Sheridan has signed a new contract to continue as city manager.
It was never, ever discussed that City Recorder Yvonne Hamilton would "slide over" to the city manager position.

Paul I know it wasn't reported in your article I was just saying I overheard it being said.
I did read that Frank Sheridan signed a 1 year contract with an optional second year a possibility...
