Do you think the county commissioners are praying for the will to test the 37 rape kits in Yamhill county? It would seem they would rather hold gun rallies, force their Christian religion upon us and make declarations of nullification of state laws than actually do the work the taxpayer pays them to do. Their salaries are a waste of hardworking taxpayer money.

Well, you also might consider: the kits are connected with females--you know, those pesky people who, according to Commissioner Springer, have to use the restroom too frequently. Perhaps they believe women shouldn't have set foot anywhere they might be assaulted.
That way, there would be 37 fewer rape kits to not process.
