In a Mexico prison for 2 years, extradited by the feds and 11 months in the county jail and you don’t have any information on his citizenship status? I’m sorry, but that seems like a lie, and quite frankly offensive one to the citizens of Oregon who will support this man until he is a ripe old age.

Open borders and sanctuary state/county/city policies have catastrophic consequences.
