I like the idea of piggybacking. It should be explored with all the ventures we have with consultants.

Just submitted my email to our council members asking them to not increase the expenditure amount requiring city manager approval from $2500.00. Just because it may not be convenient or considered a waste of time (my words, no one else’s but kind of inferred) just like I have to be responsible and accountable if I were shopping for someone else, with their money, it’s only fair to expect the same from our city government.
