I am glad to see that West Hills Park will finally get rest rooms. It is truly unacceptable that the city has let it go without them for over 20 years, while in the meantime building other parks with full facilities. I hope picnic tables and other upgrades are also in the planning for this woefully undeveloped park that is in the middle of a growing area of the city.
