Larsen Motors. Above and beyond the call of duty. The most accommodating automobile πŸš— dealership I’ve ever dealt with while living in five different cities(Or. & Cal.) in my lengthy lifetime.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŠπŸΌπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œβ˜πŸΌβ˜πŸΌβœŒπŸ½βœŒπŸ½πŸ˜πŸ˜

It's sad to see any business get sold off to someone else. A lot of the businesses I remember as a little boy, back in the '70's are now all gone. The only thing older the Colvin Auto center, are the Century Farms.

Larsen Motors will be missed. Good folks, great service.

Change can be difficult, but the Lum family runs a high quality operation. They will be an asset to McMinnville.

I'm thrilled to see that Larsen Motors (and Colvin Auto) was not sold to a big franchise, which likely, would have made for far more lucrative deals. They, instead, chose to keep their business community oriented by selling to other family run stores. I say three cheers to them!

Thank you for being such a committed part of this community for all the years. I hope people understand how important a role local business plays in supporting the (local) economy.

The best of luck to Al & Susan, and Scott & Nancy, on this new phase of life. May you find many hobbies to keep your transition a happy one!

How about the News-Register. It dates back to 1866, just after the end of the Civil War. And it is currently moving into the 4th generation of ownership and management under the Bladine family, which is extremely rare.

Bought my New Camaro from them. Great to deal with, and excellent service department. They appreciated the upgraded parts I ordered online and asked them to install, and they did with great precision with NO complaints to this day. It is too bad I had to move out of state, otherwise I would continue my business with them...hope the new owners keep the same philosophy and business practices as Larsen did.
