Jeb, It makes me smile too when emails of county staff, obtained through public records requests under FOIA give the public access to government actions. Too bad we don't read them here or even enjoy a fact filled article about shenanigans by department heads in County government. A N.R. article about the complete exoneration of Berschauer on all charges of harassment made by Carrie Martin for referring to those emails in calling out Martin's actions as Grants Administrator is due.
