Quite a stretch there. When acknowledging a 400% increase in prescription drug use and then lumping the legalization of marijuana (3 states) as another contributor takes the discussion back to the days of 'Reefer Madness'. Has rational thought been abandoned? Where is the evolvement on this subject?
