Confused. Were they all from California? Or two from Newberg and two from Cali? Were any of them in the country legally?

And why did they run when the police showed up? Were they allowed to take the pot with them when they were released from jail? The only people who are subject to the consequences of the legal system are the people stupid enough to pay the taxes; I am really starting to wonder what's the point.

The third Cartel grow op in the county in the last year. Correction, third that the police have found in the county. Do you suppose they find 10% of them, 30% of them? The number is not 100%, I'll guarantee you that. How is that sanctuary bull sh*t working for you?
