Evidently some anonymous "contributors" believe that capitol letters (the written form of shouting) will generate the attention they so transparently crave, and there is absolutely no need to make sense if they yell loud enough? UGH!

Meanwhile, kudos to Carlton PD for caring about our community!

Perhaps the Carlton community needs to embrace the "Hands and Words" project in its schools, businesses and organizations. "I will not use my hands or my words for hurting myself or others." Anyone remember this?
