The fire department needs to pay their fair share. Seems a small user fee to insure that MWL has the oversized infrastructure in place and the water available as needed 24/7 for the FD to do their job.

Oversized infrastructure for fire protection is NORMAL to every water supply system in the country.

This very issue can to be known several years back in Grand Ronde. Hydrants were placed all over the tribal facilities on GR Road but the Fire District was told NOT to test them because the would not supply adequate water!!
