This type of zoning should of been on the books decades ago. A business on the ground floor, the shop owner home on the second or third floor and maybe the shop owners co-owner on the other floor IF a three story building.


Why not? It's done in many other cities. Such apartments would be desirable for anyone, having no downstairs neighbors.
