The article did not mention off-street parking. By more than doubling the existing residential capacity of the site, I assume that parking is an important issue for the neighborhood and the future residents of the development.

Plans do call for parking spots, 23 of them, behind the units in the middle of the block. Yeahhhhh... They will cost 2300 to rent. McMinnville is becoming incredible expensive to live in. Let's do something for this community's people and not it's wine.
