The 4 members of the school board were pretty clear about two things in the meeting last night. 1) They want to make sure that Black and gay students know that they are NOT supported by the school board and 2) that racists students, and parents should feel safe and comfortable sharing their racist beliefs with the community. They have already done so much damage to the community, its going to take years to undo the mistrust created by Shannon's extreme agenda.

No Hibb- the problem is the decision making of the Newberg school board. The resolution is poorly thought out, is divisive and will likely be challenged on a constitutional basis.....unnecessarily using the district budget dollars to defend a political ploy of a few people on the board.
it appears that all you have to defend your position is cliche metaphors.....

Maybe you should consider moving to Portland where there is a bastion of liberal rhetoric and practices -or- go back to California where your ideologies we're obviously formed.
