The city is upside down to the tune of three million dollars. Losing 28% of their budget is tough, but at least they won’t be alone. They will be broke just like the city.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with the cuts. I'm not sold on the good the relationships have built. There are no jobs here to support the housing costs and rising food costs, inter alia. The high cost of housing here is reinventing Mac as a bedroom community to PDX, and the cities to the north of Newberg, where the jobs are that pay enough to afford living here. How about making Mac viable and livable again (MMVL)?
