Great - has YCAP confirmed that their accounting practices are improved, yet? It's been two weeks since they assured this paper that they had appropriately spent nearly $1 Million in state taxpayer dollars meant for housing... given the housing crisis we face in the county, and the part YCAP plays, it would be nice to have closure on the question.

We're still awaiting the results of the January count of the homeless. Let's see...it's almost August. It appears YCAP hasn't done the math--literally.

What I love is the needle exchange the three commissioners voted in at.... the budget committee meeting. Two YCAP members out of the 6 voting but wait.... the drop of sites have been cleared of drug addicts and all their disgarded needles -now what 😐
