Take a look at the dramatic increases in the county administration budget over the past several years. Bloat at the top. There is enough there to fund these positions in the Sheriffs Office and Clerks office. The Assessor doesn't need those positions. Reduce Admin and fund the critical positions, all will be good. There's plenty of money to go around.
