“Employees have First Amendment rights and they can represent and voice their opinions when they’re off the clock,” Huffer said.

When someone does not have the right to free speech, we have dictatorship. Employers cannot control what employees do in the -ee's off hours. If we let the two naysayers have their way, they will next put devices in homes and everywhere else employees go. It's still a democratic republic folks!
