If we're going to talk about water use, then why is it that wineries have been shoved down our throats for years? When someone brings up concerns about water use with wineries, the commissioners state that water use is not their issue. If we're concerned about water use, then let's stop any and all winery builds too. I don't think the county would know what a data center was if someone built one in the parking lot of their new fancy building.
