Besides the birch blight, many of the trees in the park near my house have died over the past nine years due to lack of water. The city does not take care of its facilities (community center, pool) or the parks (other than Joe Dancer).

Consultants and sales people take care of you and make you feel like a big shot.

However, it’s not always the best decision and with a little work, making do with what you have or dialing back emotions is quite often the right thing to do.
