Maybe if they made it affordable for the locals they wouldn't be hurting so badly for revenue.

The lender will foreclose and then immediately seek to sell the property. The water park itself might not close for even a day during the transition.

Interesting to see Falls Event employees still working in their office in the Space Museum as if nothing has happened.

The critical mistakes Evergreen made regarding the water park were not building an outside pool and not having an annual pass available from the beginning. Such a lost opportunity.
