Prior to the Vote on Board Order 22-385, have the Yamhill County Commissioners have any expertise with Oregon Psilocybin Services and or Psilocybin Facilitator Licensing requirements?

*Oregon Psilocybin Services [OPS] Facilitator License can be found here:
https://www.oregon.gov/oha/PH/PREVENTIONWELLNESS/Pages/Psilocybin-License-Facilitator.aspx

*Oregon's Psilocybin Facilitator Training requirements can be seen here:
https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/displayDivisionRules.action?selectedDivision=7102

*The [OPS] program is rife with problems which will cost the taxpayers dearly to support.

**Yamhill County Commissioner's decision to permit 'Psilocybin Treatment Centers' in the rural areas is mean spirited as it is a prime example of 'farm ecological and pharmacological grade incompetence.'

***In my opinion...the Commissioners, by placating the desires of two(2) entities to set-up Psilocybin Treatment Centers on their respective "camp-grounds" appears to constitute reckless disregard, conscious avoidance and or willful blindness to a myriad of potential injuries to adjacent properties and or persons.
