ANOTHER DAMN FEE????? So tired of this. Spend our money more responsibly, please????

STOP THE FEES! Start looking within and cut expenses. This is what a reasonable/responsible "business" would do.

Maybe the city should have put a higher consideration on the state of the infrastructure before deciding to keep adding more developments to the problem. Wait - that would have meant less up-front money in the city coffers. Much better to build it and cash in while they can THEN tell the citizens they need to do better at funding infrastructure.

Shame on the citizens for being cheap-skates? More like cancelling upkeep on existing systems wasn't the best solution after all, nor was adding stress to a system already stressed beyond it's ability to handle the status quo.

NO to more fees. Figure it out and take responsibility for poor decisions, City.

This will only be stopped at the ballot box. The city thinks it has found its answer to any and all budget issues they have. Just tack on a fee. The mayor and the city councilors voting for these 'fees' need to get tossed to the curb.

Our mayor and city council are a complete dumpster fire! BigFootLives is correct! Ballot box is only way to change this mickey mouse show!

So what's plan B when the ballot box fails? Best start saving your money, chief. "You can vote your way into tyranny but you can't vote your way out"

I'd like to remind everyone that we have severely incompetent city councilors and a mayor.

Mayor Drabkin, and Councilors Adam Garvin, Zack Geary, and Jessica Payne all voted against the 60 million Gwendolyn Hotel project that would have increased tax revenue for the city.

The mayor wants to increase the tax burden of local residents while at the same time denying a major capital investment into our community that would have increased tax revenue for the city.

Let's vote stupidity out next election.

--- Voters, SAVE THE DATE Adam Garvin Term expires 12/31/2024, Zack Geary Term expires 12/31/2024 and Jessica Payne Term expires 12/31/2026 ---

These council members have a duty to serve the best interests of the city and its residents. Yet, their negligence and lack of dedication persist. It's high time we hold them accountable for their inaction and usher in a new era of competent and dedicated representatives who will prioritize the needs of the people. Our city deserves nothing less.
