If we can say that RV's are not allowed in parks, why can't we say RV's are not allowed to park within 1000 ft. of a school?

Create a zone. Just keep in mind that enforcement is bleeding the city budget dry and we can't even afford to enforce our existing camping laws. We'll be back to square one even with a zone within a few weeks of implementing it.
