I think in these Biden days of the government coddling people to excess it's kind of a tough sell to say we need yet again another mandate on employers. Maybe mom's need to step up and take some personal responsibility by factoring in the fourth trimester concept and adjusting their pregnancy and employment decisions around it.
Too much coddling going on these days. It's not good for the soul.

Guarantee with what? As always, with my stolen money, be it through taxes or through higher costs at the retail end as companies pass along one more government-mandated cost.
