Yamhill County CASA
COMMUNITY PARTNER + NONPROFIT
Yamhill County CASA is dedicated to improving outcomes for children who have experienced abuse and neglect in Yamhill County by recruiting, screening, training, and supporting CASA volunteers who advocate for the child’s best interests in the courtroom, classroom, and community.
When a child enters foster care due to abuse or neglect, they are thrust into one of the most complex and overwhelming systems imaginable. These children are among the most vulnerable in our community, many from low-income families who already face systemic inequities and barriers to opportunity. CASA provides a strong advocate to ensure their needs are not overlooked.
